ePortfolio
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
An ePortfolio (also known as an electronic portfolio) is becoming an increasingly popular way to showcase students individual and group work. Within a student’s individual ePortfolio can be a mixture of text, electronic files, images and galleries, multimedia such as video and presentations, blog posts, location maps and hyperlinks plus lots more.
This workshop is a fantastically innovative way to introduce students to a variety of basic programmes and applications in one place. Students will not just compile a beautiful ePortfolio but they will also gain valuable skills such as image editing, video compiling and editing, creative writing and independent learning. Each student creates their own individual ePortfolio which they get to keep for 1 year after.

09:15 to 09:30 - Arrive to Learning Labs
09:30 to 11:00 - Workshop
11:00 to 11:15 - Break time in the cafe area
11:15 to 12:45 - Workshop
12:45 to 13:30 - Lunch
13:30 to 15:00 - Workshop
15:00 - Return to home/school
Presentations take place on Friday afternoons, we finish at 14:30 on Fridays.
